It required me to login three different times to book an appointment. It’s like it runs to its website to do each task, requiring a login each time. Do better. ### 1/5 — This app is useless *2024-12-14, version 5.13.2* I have been a Fantastic Sam’s customer for 6 years and used the previous app to book all my appointments and my sisters appointments. It was great. This new version is totally useless. YOU CANNOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! There is absolutely no way to schedule , no add button, no calendar, no list of stylist to choose from. I’m trying change a hair cut appointment, it’s a little hard when I can’t due to the app not working!!!! ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used! *2024-05-07, version 1.2* The primary objective of this app is to enable customers like me to find a salon and make an appointment for one or more services, including with a particular stylist if we would like to. In reality, * the search for salon by ZIP Code does not work at all. * even though typical appointments will include more than one service, such as a haircut and relaxing, it only allows us to select one and only one service to schedule for. Which means that if we were able to complete the scheduling process via the app, it would communicate what is really wanted and would not scheduled proper duration of appointment. * after selecting a service and stylist, the app just sat there and did nothing. I had to hunt for a process that wasn’t able me to pick a date and time. * I selected a date and time, it tried to forced me to create an account on the app just in order to select an appointment. I do not want to set up an account on the app! I just want to friggin set an appointment! At this point I gave up I’m using the app. I will take my chances on being a walk-in Customer. Almost impossible to sign in and book an appointment. Deleted. It’s much easier to just call the salon ### 1/5 — Unable to pullup my stylist. I cannot find a way to delete this location or add the location I do go to. I entered the code changed the password, logged in again, and for some reason or another again.
