Puzzle selections are great,beautiful and fun BUT FREEZES! Every couple of pieces you place the puzzle freezes or closes out and you lose your progress which is very frustrating!

I love this app so I bought add free version and now it keeps freezing. Never had the issue until I got ad free. My account was synced but it kept freezing so I deleted and downloaded again and when I logged my account back in it hadn’t saved any of my puzzles or my coins that I had been saving and all my progress was just sad. I wish you would fix it.I absolutely love this game. I really don’t want to start having to look for a new app
