I paid for full subscription and whenever I attempt to use the app, a message comes on that states no subscription found. Therefore, when using the app, the watermark is visible and my money is gone and no means of contacting customer service. Not even six minutes was spent on your app before I could tell that it was an absolute train wreck, and most of the other reviews here seem to agree, at least the ones that are real people and not the fake accounts that spam the review section with 5 stars. I see you even started to get creative, and respond to your own spam accounts to up sell your own “product”. It just gave me a little note saying that it couldn’t find the content and that it’s probably still downloading.
