They would be more than happy to review your league settings with you. ### 2/5 — Fantasy Baseball Layout *2026-05-04, version 3.17.9* I love Fantrax typically and have used it for many fantasy sports. The new baseball layout when looking at your teams is atrocious. They stuck a new rank number system that looks terrible in front of every player on your squad and keeps me from seeing the stats I want to see. Get rid of it it’s awful ### 2/5 — Mediocre at best. *2026-04-10, version 3.17.2* Consistently filled with bugs. Crashes. Why does the menu bar keep floating to the middle of the screen? Just figuring out the UI is a serious learning curve. Also the commish UI is even tougher. But after a few flops, you will find your way. Just patience. It’s all we got ### 5/5 — Great platform, great support *2026-04-05* Not only is fantrax the most flexible and easy to use platform - I’m in leagues that use different platforms - but the support is so strong. They are fast and always looking to help in any way. Recently they found a solution for our league (dynasty, salary cap, weekly lock) that we had not thought of and they found us the solution within a couple of hours. Have tried to submit this review using several nicknames can’t do that either ### 5/5 — CBS dynasty baseball to Fantrax *2026-04-01, version 3.15* We moved our longtime CBS dynasty baseball league over to Fantrax at the beginning on the year and the people there couldn’t have been more helpful. It is absolutely useless. Today, I set my lineup, confirmed it. Closed app, reopened it, the changes were made. I came back tonight to check the scores and none of my lineup changes saved. This is the 4th time this has happened and still has not been fixed. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR FANTASY USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER APP Update to respond: Or make an app that actually works? Going contacting you all AFTER lineups are set aren’t going to help. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR FANTASY USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER APP ### 1/5 — Intrusive ads break the app *2026-06-16, version 3.17.21* Update: Just got a scam ad telling me that my phone is being wiretapped and prompting me to run a test. The type of ads being allowed on Fantrax is dangerous. I don’t mind if you need ads to support your free service but these ads are so poorly optimized that they literally break the app. Full page ads cover the tabs at the bottom and after you exit the ad the tabs become inaccessible so you are forced to restart the app. Video ads take over the whole screen even when you swipe them away. Again the only fix is to restart the app. If you want ads then include them in a banner at the top or bottom of the screen, because these intrusive ads have me thinking about moving my leagues to another service next season. ### 1/5 — Unusable off WiFi *2026-04-16, version 3.17.3* The app is completely unusable off of wifi and has been for years now. Constant update issues and slow processing just pile up frustration for users. This is a very very poorly ran fantasy sports app that sadly I’m forced to used due to the lack of platforms that offer fantasy EPL. Fantrax being Canadian also isn’t very helpful as when contacting customer support all they want to know is, how’s the maple syrup? And do we have Mounties? - again the worst ran fantasy sports app. ### 1/5 — Baseball is not real user friendly *2026-04-01, version 3.15* Probably the most frustrating fantasy app I’ve ever used. Confusing, counterintuitive, and bulky. Setting your lineup is simple! But thats really it. Finding daily stats and understanding the scoring from your lineup screen would be nice. During the draft you cant research a player and have the draft board stay up to date. ### 1/5 — So many bugs *2026-03-31, version 3.15* So close to a really great app for fantasy sports but don’t worry instead of fixing the issues they opt’d to give you a chance to get rid of advertisements for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years…. What a joke… the worst part is… they make us pay for fantrax premium for every league I am in and I still get ads on the screen. Thru out the 6 years I have had several times to use the support team, and I have been very pleased, the Fantrax system with all the Fantasy sports is the total best. They can’t be beat in dynasty leagues that is all of my leagues. The best support team, the best system In fantasy sports in my opinion, and I will be adding new leagues just about every year. Fantrax treasury is also the best system for money leagues which that is all I run. My rating 100/100 I will be here with leagues for years to come. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Best Customization and Customer Service *2026-06-24* I’ve used Fantrax for a couple of years now for our fantasy baseball league. All the other free sites were pretty restrictive in terms of how you could customize your league, and they were very built for football and not baseball, so I never liked the layout on those sites either. But Fantrax even in just the free version has a ton of customization and functionality, to the point that it feels like they’ve thought of every scenario you might want to tweak. But the impetus for the review is how pleased I was by their customer service. There was a strange error where our playoffs were not set up the way I had originally dictated, and it wasn’t letting me change it post draft. I emailed support expecting to get a response that I was SOL, but within 24 hours they just adjusted it without any questions. I was thrilled. Definitely going to keep using Fantrax for years to come for this league. ### 5/5 — What a great app *2026-06-15, version 3.17.20* This app is way better than all the other fantasy apps I’ve used. It has a cleaner layout and is very easy to use unlike other apps.
