Try taking off the black sticker on the camera lenses. It helps quite a bit for the “preview mode” issue. The app works fine just read the instructions that came in the box.

Everyone saying the preview doesn't work didn't take the sticker off of the camera 🤦‍♂️ App works way better than AZDOME. Does not deserve these bad reviews.
