They won’t grade a parlay from 9/30 or give me a refund it’s very disappointing and unprofessional do not use this app when you win big they won’t pay you out multiple people have had this same issue in the reviews, FanUp makes you leave good reviews on here before they pay you out aswell I wish I would add screenshots on here to show everything ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-11-14* I placed two bets for Love Island Games, and won, over a month ago ($3,500 worth of winnings) and have only received payout (1k) for one of them which was today…. 5 weeks later. They were withholding my money because of “suspicious activity” since other people apparently placed the same bet as me.. 🤨🤨 They apparently finished this “audit” today and decided I deserved payout for only one of my bets. They gave no explanation whatsoever about the audit as to what they found or didn’t find. They are not paying out my second bet that I won worth $2.5k!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service they have been going back and forth as to when, or if, I will get my money this entire time. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do better.
