From the very first day, it worked for a short time, but after that I stopped receiving any calls and I also couldn’t make any outgoing calls. Most of the time it shows errors like “not registered” or similar messages. I contacted customer support via WhatsApp. They replied only once. I explained the issue, and they suggested that the lines might be busy and I should try again later. However, the problem was never resolved. I followed up again and again, but I received no further response at all. The support is extremely poor and basically non-existent after the first reply. At this point, it feels very unreliable and almost like a scam, since I paid for a service that does not function as advertised. Luckily, I only subscribed for one month and did not extend it further.
