## What is FAO?

FAO-IIT Roorkee is the official mobile application 
of the Finance & Accounts Office, Indian Institute 
of Technology Roorkee.

IIT Roorkee is a public university established by 
the Government of India under the Institutes of 
Technology Act, 1961 — recognized as an Institution 
of National Importance, serving thousands of people 
across India since 1847.

The app provides secure and convenient access to 
 documents of the Finance & Accounts Office, IIT Roorkee.

Anyone can access the Finance Office Contact page 
directly from the app without any login or 
registration, to view the official office address, 
location on Google Maps, and the IITR website.

The app is free to download and use. There are no 
in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features 
of any kind.

For any queries or support, users can raise a 
support ticket directly from the app without 
any login required.
