### 1/5 — AIM Diagrams

*2026-07-16, version 1.32.0*

Most of your AIM diagrams are black and white.

### 5/5 — Great App but could be better

*2026-02-27*

I love everything about this app. It’s so easy to navigate and find specific regulations. However it’s missing 119, which is important for commercial pilots.

**Developer response:** Thank you for choosing our app and the feedback. The app does include all of Title 14 of the Code of Federal regulations, including Part 119. The reason some regulations are not visible is that your current settings exclude them. https://www.flightready.net/resources/articles/why-am-i-missing-certain-regulations-in-far-aim

### 5/5 — Perfect!

*2026-01-02*

This is by far the best FAR/AIM I have used!

### 4/5 — Good, but room to improve

*2025-12-24*

I like the sync between devices. I don’t like the layout of the FARs though. It’s too divided up. It takes too many clicks to get from one area to another. For example I would like all the sections of part 91 to be in one tab, not broken up into multiple sections that you have to click on. Sections is good, but they should all be in one scroll. The Sporty’s app was a better layout. It’s obsolete now. It also didn’t sync. Just a suggestion for the developers.

### 2/5 — No part 135

*2025-09-15*

It's an electronic book, there's no reason not to include every part of the FAR. It's not like you're gonna make the app thicker.

**Developer response:** The app includes all of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations, including Parts 1, 43, 48, 61, 67, 68, 71, 73, 91, 97, 103, 105, 107, 110, 117, 119, 135, 136, 137, 141, and 142.

The reason some regulations are not visible is that your current settings exclude them. To adjust this, go to Settings and select Use Case: All.

If you encounter unexpected behavior or other issues in the future, please reach out through the Support button in the app so we can assist you directly.

We would sincerely appreciate it if you could update your review once you’ve had a chance to try this.

### 5/5 — Easy to keep up to date

*2025-08-17*

This is a great tool to have in your EFB. Easy to update since it tells you to update and provides a button to do so! The bookmarks are great, kinda standard for any iPad app, I suppose. Also, search functionality! Try doing this with a physical book.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review and for choosing our app!

### 1/5 — Don’t buy the lifetime option

*2025-08-04*

I was using this app consistently for the last couple of years and it was great! So I decided to upgrade to the lifetime version, boy howdy was that a mistake. Since doing so, I can no longer use the app, every time I open the app it says “updating content” and never loads, even if I delete the app and redownload, it no longer works. Absolute waste of $60.

**Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The app is working correctly, and we haven’t received any other reports of this issue. Occasionally, apps may not update or install properly due to device or App Store issues. This can usually be resolved by fully deleting and reinstalling the app.

Also, we couldn’t find any support request from you. The app includes a support button, and our team is happy to help resolve any issues quickly.

If you still need assistance, please reach out through the app or at our support page so we can help get things working.

### 1/5 — For student pilots

*2025-05-11, version 1.25.0*

Do not wast your money on these apps, I have purchased 3 and all their search functions are useless, the rudimentary search features will only provide exact matches at best and 9/10 times will not give you a revenant result. I have found it cheaper and better to download the AIM in PDF form from faa.gov and download the FAR in PDF form from govinfo.gov (you have to download all 5 volumes of Title 14 separately). Then upload them to a PDF viewer app such as goodnotes or Adobe (I like gooodnotes). The PDF viewer provides a much better search function and even ai assisted searches. I also keep my checklists and POH in goodnotes, you can use the apple pencil to check off items as you go. Hope this helps others pass their check rides.

### 1/5 — Not Maintained

*2024-12-05*

The format is good. The annotations capability is good. But none of that matters if the content is not up-to-date. For example, changes were made to instructor certificate expirations and recency of experience requirements that took effect October 1st and only a link to the updates is shown in the app. It’s now December. The regs should be updated.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.

The regulations in our app are always the most current officially published electronic versions available. While a regulation may become legally effective on a certain date, it doesn’t become available in the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) until it’s formally published by the Office of the Federal Register (OFR) and the Government Publishing Office (GPO). This publication delay can range from days to months.

When that publication happens, our app detects the change—typically within hours—and updates the content within a few days after conversion and verification. For example, the October 1 changes to instructor certificates were reflected in the app within days of their official publication.

During any gap between legal effective dates and official electronic publication, we provide links to the full rule text so users aren’t left in the dark.

Unlike apps that only update monthly or quarterly, ours checks for new regulations every time it’s launched, ensuring you always see the most up-to-date content available electronically. And since printed FARs are only updated once a year, our app is almost always the most current source available.

We appreciate your attention to detail and are always happy to clarify how regulatory updates flow from the FAA through the federal publishing process.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-09-11*

App is awesome for using with the Far/Aim. It is very nicely organized to allow for easily finding. What you need. Keeps up to date, and my spot is saved between devices so I could pick up where I left off. Search works well too. Would be awesome if they could add like the PHAK, AFH, and various other FAA publications to it also. But totally worth it just for the FAR/AIM

**Developer response:** Thank you for your fantastic feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you’re enjoying the app and finding it helpful for navigating the FAR/AIM. It’s great to know that features like organization, cross-device syncing, and the search function are making your experience seamless and efficient.

We really appreciate your suggestion about adding resources like the PHAK, AFH, and other FAA publications. That’s an excellent idea, and we’ll take it into consideration as we continue to enhance the app.

Thank you for your support and for highlighting the value of the app for FAR/AIM users.
