Because the drivers cancel trip for no reason after waiting for them. ### 2/5 — Buggy GPS Function *2026-01-08* Faras app is buggy with its gps / geolocation function. When you select a pickup or drop off location on the map using a pin, it changes the point and sets it far from the selected point after confirming it. This needs a serious fix because it is a core function of the app and more importantly the service, because its main function depends on finding riders and dropping them off at specific locations indicated on the map. This buggy geolocation function makes it near impossible for drivers to find riders and drop them off at specific locations based on the incorrect gps information. ### 1/5 — Wold not recommend *2025-05-27, version 1.0.75* Charged more than what was initially shown. Moreover the driver arrived at a nearby street, there was no information. When he was directed to the proper place which wasn’t shown on the gps, he refused to move out, he was angry all the way. ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2024-12-13, version 1.0.73* I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app bad drivers who have attitude ### 1/5 — Questionable Drivers *2024-12-11* No safety policies and drivers are questionable.
