I have a 4 year old. There is content on here that is much too mature for her. There doesn’t seem to be any way that you can filter out certain topics. I’m so disappointed because it seems that this was a nice app that she could have been excited about as she loves to read and be read to. However, I don’t feel it is safe to let her use this app. I would be very concerned because of the mature content that she has at her fingertips.

Do NOT download this!! I just found out that FarFaria have been charging me $4.99/MONTH for 3 YEARS!! I downloaded this ONCE, paid a ONE time charge (LIE) of $4.99. 
I went onto my subscriptions, where you can normally “Cancel Subscription” and the only option was to REsubscribe! 
Now I have to call Apple and get help with this. 
This is a sneaky way at to get people’s money. Shame on FarFaria.

So I subscribed to the free trial with purchase of 1 year access at end of trial. I will definitely cancel trial right away. This app has trouble recognizing subscription. What’s the point of a trial if it just keeps taking you to the subscription page every time you try to read a book?? Do not download this app. It’s a massive failure. Subscription feature doesn’t work at all.

I asked to cancel my subscription 2 years ago when my granddaughter went into the 5th grade. This company keeps taking money out of my account after I cancelled my subscription several times. The monthly charge keeps reappearing, I no longer have the app on my phone so I can’t access the subscription. I am hoping I don’t have to seek legal action.

When I try to go to any of the island’s it goes black it doesn’t let me go to the islands it takes a very long time if I want to enter the island. Please fix it

I have a paid membership. We use it on a new iPad just purchased a few months ago. The app takes forever to load up, half the time it can’t recognize if we are connected to the internet (when we clearly are and no other apps are having the same issue), and books take a long time to load. The app is updated so that’s not the issue either. I will probably keep it through the summer just to have a reading program for my daughter, but once school starts, if her school offers a reading program or substitute I’ll likely cancel this. It’s unfortunate because without the bugs I’d probably keep it, even with school substitutes.

I love that it shows the different levels of the books! I wish I had known about this app when I started teaching. There are some really fun books on here and with the Read to Me feature kids of all ages can listen to the stories. I highly recommend this app to get interested in reading!

I got a free subscription thanks from Scribd perks. The Farfaria app is exciting. It has vast selection of books plus you can choose between fairy tales, adventures and many more. My daughter thinks she is the luckiest girl in the world and she is 7 years old. Thank you Farfaria!
