## What is Fargo One?

FargoOne is the official citizen reporting application for the City of Fargo, North Dakota.  If you see an issue or have a suggestion, utilizing this tool will allow City staff to research and remedy the issue.

The City of Fargo is located in Cass County, North Dakota, along the Red River of the North which forms the border between Minnesota and North Dakota. An estimated 125,000 people live in Fargo.  It is the largest community in the Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area and the most populous in the state of North Dakota.

I placed a request in and I’m not able to view the completion or comments on it. I can see anyone else’s on their requests. Nothing in my email either.

I feel like the City of Fargo created this app and got the public excited about having a way to communicate to the city then they forgot about it. I've written several complaints and concerns to the city on this app and it took sometimes a week to get a response. When I finally did get a response saying they fixed situation I would walk past it and it wasn't fixed. 

What I like: 
—This app is a good idea when used and paid attention to by city.
—You can take pictures of your concerning Problem and add them to your complaint or concern
—There's a map that shows complaints made by other community members & what they submitted & the progress on each of them

What I Dislike:
—City doesn't take it seriously & get back to people at a reasonable pace
—They lie and tell you they "fixed" or solved concern but it doesn't get fixed.
—categories could use improvements and additions
