The billing amount before said zero was owed and I thought I had just forgotten to check off that bill, then I get a notice saying I’m going to lapse. There’s absolutely no detail on dates, amounts, little on history of payment and you can’t even change payment methods so they’re going to draw from an account you no longer want to use.
