Now there seems to be a new problem 👇 Does your game require players to actually stay in the league they’re in (bronze, silver, gold, etc) for an entire week until it starts over again every Sunday??? Where is the moving up as one progresses as they play? This is beyond me. You have 4.6 thousand reviews so you’ve been around a while. There is either an issue with my account on your app or players truly sit around and wait a whole week to play again. Whatever the problem is, PLEASE FIX IT NOW‼️ I do expect a response as soon as possible. Thank you. I’ve NEVER had this happen on any game I’ve ever played. I just started it today and really enjoy this game. What a huge disappointment to be at the top of the bronze level on my first day only to not be able to continue when the game turns over at 7:00 to continue up the ladder to silver. For two weeks in a row I’ve made the cut to advance to the next higher level (even the game told me this!), but then there’s a second “(Level) Ended” announcement, and the game shoots me back down to bottom of the Bronze level, telling me ‘better luck next time’! You make me feel stupid for having given your broken game not one, but TWO chances to massively waste my time, rationalizing that a glitch so huge would immediately be fixed!
