Good in theory, needs major improvements, new staff can never login, hrs don’t update in services, no tech team to assist only the own and very hard to get hold of (mind you seems like a great guy) 

I wanted this app to save my self time & money, seem to spend just as much time making sure everything’s correct or chasing detail that hasn’t updated correctly or calling the owner to make sure my staff can login,

I supervise a maintenance shop for a fruit tree nursery in the Northwest. We have over 100 pieces of equipment, tractors, forklifts, semi trucks, field trucks, four wheelers, trailers and farm implements.This tool helps me to manage all of those. My technicians enter data as each piece of equipment is serviced. Covering everything from parts,fluids, current maintenance to future maintenance and much more. I can pull up current reports within seconds of being asked status of certain projects.
I haven’t even begun to scratch the surface on all the uses of this tools. It has so many pros I can’t list them all. How simple it is to use for my technicians on the fly is an understatement. 
If I’ve had questions about the tool and how to use it. Or technical difficulties. The tool managers are quick to respond and give me an answer or a fix. I run this both on a laptop and on our smart phones.
There are some additions and fixes I would like to see in the future. One being a better way to have multiple users on the same account. A quicker way to add service items to the service list for each implement or tractor. The only major issues that I have continuously is the tool kicking out the photos of the piece of equipment in the list. If the small items were changed I could easily give this five stars. But still the only tool available with this much coverage.

If it’s gonna cost a fee, please tell the user upfront to save them the hassle of the all registration..

Besides that I really like the concept of the app. Seems like it could be really helpful to farmers. 

Perhaps instead of having a yearly fee, maybe have some farm related Ads on a bar at the bottom.

Useful App . Anyone at anytime can look up a machine in our workforce. 
Covers off some OHS issues and Service Records for us.
All details of each machine recorded on app  streamlined parts ordering for us.

Trialing the app now, really like the concept but it would be handy if you could list jobs that need to be done in the next service for each machine and an urgency rating eg. faulty sensor- low priority, hole in exhaust- high priority. Thanks
