Recently, the game keeps glitching and all the items I put for sale in my shop disappear without being sold. So, I lose the items and the item prices. This has happened at least 7 or 8 times in the past few weeks. I deleted the app and reinstalled several times and the same thing keeps happening. I used to love this game but will have to stop playing if this isn't fixed. Huge! I have a hard time getting to part of the area where you grow wheat and corn. Please fix it! I am an old timer in that I have played this game almost since it launched. I used to love the game. Why do you make it so hard to level up, complete quests/events and increase the capacity of the silo and barn? Like many, I am a parent of 2 kids and work full time. We have full lives and want to escape from the stress of the day. Now I have noticed these most annoying ads that pop up out of no where. There is no way to know how much of each one that is currently in stock. The only way to know is to go to the barn to look at each item. This needs to be corrected. Any other games like this are way ahead of this game in that area. As the levels go on & more items are added I will more than likely not be playing this game. Very aggravating! ### 3/5 — Farm Story 2 *2026-05-25, version 2.7.8* Many times the videos don’t work when you’re trying to get free things when you have to get stickers to get animals or people or something 3/4 of the time you never get stickers that need to be fixed it’s gets very discouraging. It’s nice to have a little bit of a challenge, but when you run into too many issues, you don’t wanna play anymore. ### 2/5 — Huge problem *2026-04-21, version 2.7.7* Until reaching level 14, I really enjoyed the game, coming from the Castle story, having played it for many years. But after reaching level 14, it got a huge leap in requirements! Like the only real way to make money is making deliveries with a plane, but you cannot make these deliveries, because the stuff it’s asking requires to be on level 15, although I’m on level 14 or requires to have a specific very expensive building, which I cannot buy, because I cannot make deliveries, and for some reason this level unlocked a lot of this kind of buildings, but where to get the money for them all all at once???? So now I’m stuck and cannot proceed and it’s really weird and frustrating!!! ### 4/5 — Played for over 10 years *2026-04-13, version 2.7.7* Love this game. Played for over 10 years, started as Burnsville Farm ID Numaroo, however the MiniIPad I have wouldn’t support the internet crashes. Wanted to transfer to another device but don’t know how as I can’t log in anymore. Started again on iPhone and playing ever since. Wish I could get the old farm back as the level was at 60. Now my new farm level is over 40 and continuing with it . Only one thing to say - what do I do with so many silver things I get from the truck as they aren’t useful. I can still least use the gold and bronze ones. Lately it seems like it takes hours to load. Other players report delays of 12 hours or more. Hate to leave after all I’ve invested but won’t spend my life waiting for it to load. Processing issues, having to redo what you just did like feeding animals, collecting from the animals. The wheel spinner from events just keeps spinning. I've lost spins because I have to restart. Not getting event items. 2. Losing gems because they have no safety feature. Losing gems by doing nothing! Glitches. 3. Customer Service does nothing when something goes wrong like compensation, a good gesture with materials, gems etc FarmVille does this btw. I was locked out for 14 months and unable to play. I lost out on collecting from show ponies that gives you 15 gems each week. I have 6...no compensation during this time. No concern for players...very disappointing. It has the ability to be a great game because I love to decorate and this game does that but it has frustrated me to no end. I hope this changes until then I stand by my words. March 2026. It’s a great way to unwind in front of the TV after a stressful day. I enjoy the different games and challenges and fun prizes. I would like to see some new crafting buildings introduced and additional plots added. I’m also hoping that there will eventually be levels higher than 100. I’m not complaining. I have never bought any (real money) aids to achieve goals. Time and thought are used to get points, (fake) money, ingredients, animals, people and decorative items. I like the “live” action, growing food, creating feed, dishes and feeding pets and people to get rewards. Very Pavlovian. I’ve been playing for over 10 years I think, - since it was farm story (1) - I’ve lost track.
