However, there are hardly any players online. Playing with bots is silly, as they don’t really play competitive. ### 4/5 — Decent but limited. *2025-06-14, version 1.6.0* Decent implementation. It’s a little annoying that the final score screen covers the game board so you can’t see how it awards points. Similar to the Code Monkeys version of Carcassonne (the good one) that we can’t have anymore. You could tell, for example, how many points you got by placing tractors. I can see the game hasn’t been worked on by developers in a long time, but I wish this feature could be restored. ### 3/5 — Good Enough *2023-11-24* This game is like Carcassonne. However, it seems like they refuse to fix the glitches reported with scoring tractors and workers not being returned. But why display the “GAME OVER” board so soon ? I much preferred the way it was before, so you could see the scoring taking place. Ребята, вы когда уже до ума доведете свое детище? ### 4/5 — Decent free single-player Carcassonne near-clone *2023-07-31, version 1.6.0* The game is a minor variant of Carcassonne with a different skin, and you’ll adapt to the differences quickly. Unfortunately, multiplayer is basically useless because of bugs and too few players. Single player against the AI works fine, however (occasionally a glitch at the start, but you can quit and restart). The AI isn’t very good (especially at placing farmers), but it’s actually pretty fun if you take the challenge as aiming for the highest score you can get instead of winning. I suspect there’s only a tiny target niche for a game that’s almost but not quite Carcassonne and that can’t actually be played as intended but is fun when played in unexpected way, but if you might be part of that niche, definitely give it a try. Update: the new version (1.6) doesn’t deliver on its promises. The new game variations are only available for online play, not solo or local. The fix to the post-game score tallying is impossible to tell, because the final score pops up over it (and the ad, after you dismiss it—that didn’t used to be there) so you can’t see what it’s doing, so the net effect is even worse than before (although at least it takes less time). Most of the annoying minor bugs have been fixed, which is nice. And they do seem to have gotten more online players—and you can apparently now fill out an online game with AI players—so I’ll have to try that later. Meanwhile, the game seems to waste more screen real estate, but I guess it looks a bit more clean and modern, and we’ve all got screen space to spare. It seems to have longer delays in the animation, so a game takes longer without being any more fun. It still doesn’t remember settings between games, so you have to turn off music every single time. Ich stelle nur immer wieder fest, dass die Strategie der computergesteuerten Spieler (Roboter) arg schwach ist. Unabhängig von der Einstellung schwach vs. mittel spielt der Computer oft unsinnige Züge. A la différence que là, il s’agit de ferme. Par contre, même à facile, la possibilité de fermer un enclos est quasiment impossible à moins d’avoir un petit morceau. Heureusement il est gratuit. Mais, personnellement après 2hrs de jeu. J’ai décroché… ### 3/5 — Bonne copie de Carc. *2021-09-01* Plutôt pas mal , mais on devrait pouvoir report les rageux qui ne joue plus en cour de parti simplement parce qu’il perdent .. après il n’y a pas grand monde en ligne . Pourquoi pas rajouter un niveau difficile sur les bots parce que même en moyen c’est trop facile . ### 3/5 — Très bien pour un jeu gratuit *2021-06-19* Le jeu est très bien fait mais c’est dommage que certains pions se retrouvent coincés à cause des moulins et Château d’Eau (quand il a deux pions cotés à côtés et qu’il ne reste qu’une pièce pour fermer et marquer les points). Il manquerai aussi la notion de niveau pour se retrouver avec des jeux de son niveau et mode réseau. Il faudrait d’ailleurs un système de pénalité pour les journées qui ne finissent pas les parties... J’espère que cela va évoluer en ce sens ! ### 3/5 — Tolles Pendant zu Carcassonne, aber ... *2021-01-21* ... es ist manchmal echt so verbuggt, dass Farmer einfach nicht mehr gewertet werden, obwohl sie abgeschlossen sind. Am schlimmsten ist das Problem, wenn man mit einem Zug mehrere Farmer zur Bewertung abschließt. However, today I switched away from the app and came back and iOS notified me that Famassone “pasted from the clipboard”. In other words it’s grabbing whatever text you copied last. That has a absolutely nothing to do with the game (there’s no text input).
