## What is FarmBase Field Operations?

FarmBase brings the day-to-day work of a farm into one clear, field-ready system. Record work on iPhone or iPad, continue when the signal drops, and securely synchronize with the farm's main workspace when connectivity returns.

ONE FARM, SIX CONNECTED WORKSPACES

Equipment - Track machines, vehicles, attachments, boreholes and other assets. Keep hours, distance, fuel, services, repairs, licences, warranties, suppliers, technicians, costs and value together.

Livestock - Manage individual animals and groups, health, medicine instructions, treatments, breeding, expected births, births, weights, feed, purchases, sales and mortality records.

Crops - Plan fields and crop cycles from land preparation through planting, inputs, irrigation, harvest, costs, revenue and margin. Record exact approved product instructions instead of relying on guesses.

Wildlife - Record managed areas, species populations, tagged animals, breeding, health, movements, permits, quotas, sales, tourism and permitted harvest activity.

Workforce - Keep permanent, seasonal, temporary and contract workers together. Capture attendance, breaks, piece work, approvals, pay inputs, safety, training, leave, documents and payslip records.

Inventory - Know what is on hand across feed, seed, fuel, medicine, fertiliser, parts, packaging and produce. Record receipts, usage, transfers, stocktakes, suppliers, invoices and low-stock attention.

BUILT FOR REAL FIELD CONDITIONS

Supported records save on the device first. A clear sync status shows what is safe locally, what is waiting and when the farm is up to date. Each customer farm is isolated, and invited team members receive role-based access.

FarmBase provides recordkeeping, calculations and reminders. It does not replace a veterinarian, agronomist, accountant, payroll practitioner, mechanic, lawyer, safety professional, product label or local authority. Always verify important operational and compliance decisions with the appropriate qualified person.
