When I deposit checks using the app they clear without the need to do a 2nd time 75 % of the time.

This app is a pile of hot garbage, just like the credit union. Routinely “cannot verify credentials” before I even enter them or the app even leaves the loading screen. Crashes consistently. This app is a perfect representation of the ineptitude of the credit union overall. What a joke.

I love farmers insurance group Federal credit Union however the closest branch to my house is 47 miles away which makes it really inconvenient when there is a large transaction to make. Even the shared branches will not do it. This credit union needs more branches in more places.

I’m pleased with the credit union for years but the app takes forever to release updates to new Apple Beta Version. (Right now app is useless)

Also there’s many lost features like transfer to other members, your routing and account numbers, full statements. It’s need a lot of work
