(Right now app is useless) Also there’s many lost features like transfer to other members, your routing and account numbers, full statements. The instant balance feature is nice and if you could deposit checks by taking a picture of it front and back would be an improvement. Support for Apple Pay is a must and I hope is coming very soon. Best service anywhere! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Trash, just like the CU *2021-12-28, version 21.2.70* This app is a pile of hot garbage, just like the credit union. Routinely “cannot verify credentials” before I even enter them or the app even leaves the loading screen. Crashes consistently. This app is a perfect representation of the ineptitude of the credit union overall. This is THE MOST DIFFICULT website to work with! In fact, it is ridiculous! I really appreciate FIGFCU, but there should be a simpler way to pay your payments. It causes me to put things off because it is a chore. I can’t figure out why you can’t use your debit card or bank account through your regular banking institution. ### 1/5 — The app isn’t created properly. *2019-06-30, version 18.4.50* Why on earth would you make an app that doesn’t work? Don’t get this app there are many times when I can’t even login to my account or see my money or can’t even transfer my money. I’m stuck at an emergency and surely enough the app is like “ cannot approve your transfer at this time please try again later”. I’m in an emergency and I can’t touch my money! Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS APP. could be useful at times but is CONSTANTLY a struggle!!! The app is always crashing and it is never fixed like promised 😒 what a waste. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2019-06-11, version 18.4.50* I use mobile banking with 2 other financial institutions with “ZERO” problems. Even the shared branches will not do it.
