The ribs were definitely burnt and they just smothered them in gravy. That made it worse. I’m usually a big fan of your deli foods, but my entire plate was a miss and that disappointed me. I felt I was served old food that was scraped from the bottom of the pan. Outside of that, you guys are normally on top of it. It tells me I need to update the app. I go to the App Store, and all it says is open. It doesn’t say update, so I opened it and placed my order.
