Then after trying to change my password I still couldn’t get the app to work to show my acct info. Then when I did finally get to access it I changed my login to biometrics. Now I come back 3 days later and it doesn’t recognize me? I put in my saved password and it doesn’t work either. Then manually put it in and it opens the app. After that I try going i to the “more” feature and it won’t open to reset my biometrics to work. This app is so frustrating. How about hiring a real IT person to fix this? ### 1/5 — Fine when it actually works *2025-09-05, version 24.2.51* Constant login issues with Touch ID not working or the app simply spins when trying to authenticate. Archaic ways of creating usernames that are not secure. App gets an update, has major bugs, and then won’t be updated for months. Coming from an IT guy I’m not impressed. ### 1/5 — No zelle option *2025-08-07, version 24.2.51* No option to hook up Zelle even tho the website keeps telling me I should be able to connect Zelle through this app ### 1/5 — CONSTANT bugs *2025-08-06, version 24.2.51* The app is perfectly acceptable for my banking needs, but CONSTANTLY runs into errors where I’m forced to reenter passwords or informs me an error occurred forcing me to close the app and immediately try again. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-07-21, version 24.2.51* This app is so terrible and is constantly kicking me out and telling me my password is wrong and then it won’t even let me reset it. I’m actually changing banks because of this app being so glitchy and also the customer service is comical when trying to get assistance. Constantly forgetting my information, locking out biometrics for “security “. Password reset never sends emails to continue the process. Seems minor but it’s the sort of thing that makes me not want to use this account. Sort it out. ### 3/5 — Can’t pay bills *2024-11-09, version 24.1.70* Love the app but since last iOS update can’t pay bills from the app on my iPad. It just says processing and the wheel,spins. Everything else is working so far. I can pay bills with no problem on my iPhone. ### 3/5 — Not a true online banking app *2024-10-07, version 24.1.70* This app has been less glitchy of late—and works pretty well for checking your balance—but it only shows you limited account info. You cannot access statements or see transactions further back than the last two months.
