Seems minor but it’s the sort of thing that makes me not want to use this account. When I called tech support they told me to use the web login which works but can’t deposit checks which is a problem. Thanks ### 2/5 — Poor interface, security *2022-11-18, version 22.1.101* From an aesthetic point of view, the “updated” app looks like an overlay on a late ’90s website. Security is marginally better, in that there is now two factor authentication for some transactions. My problem with their security concept is that it only protects the bank’s money. You have to enter a texted code for a mobile deposit, not a bill payment. I just deposited two checks, right after another and had to get two texts with verification codes to make the deposits. But I was able to pay a bill with no verification. I’d rather have the entire session verified with one code, or both deposits and withdrawals verified. This just makes it look like Farmer’s is only protecting itself. ### 1/5 — Can’t use app now *2021-11-21, version 21.2.70* Says I need iOS 13.0 but if you don’t have it you can use a older version. I try to mobile deposit checks it just keeping telling me something went wrong to call. I call they say it shouldn’t be a problem but I can’t I even put the app on a different phone and tried and I still can’t. Then after trying to change my password I still couldn’t get the app to work to show my acct info. Then when I did finally get to access it I changed my login to biometrics. Now I come back 3 days later and it doesn’t recognize me? I put in my saved password and it doesn’t work either. Then manually put it in and it opens the app. After that I try going i to the “more” feature and it won’t open to reset my biometrics to work. This app is so frustrating. Archaic ways of creating usernames that are not secure. App gets an update, has major bugs, and then won’t be updated for months. Constantly forgetting my information, locking out biometrics for “security “. Password reset never sends emails to continue the process. It says an error has occurred, when I call the 1-800 number they say nothing is wrong with my account. I changed my password multiple times nothing. It never remembers my password, it always forgets facial recognition, and when I change the password it says that I can’t use the password because it’s the one currently in use! And to top it off, after all that is said and done, I have to call in to get my account unlocked because I tried 4 times to open my app and it froze the account. Terrible!
