I do not recommend this bank. ### 2/5 — Log in issues galore *2026-02-20, version 25.1.70* I can log in online just fine but as soon as you go to the app, we have constantly had an issue where it says we have invalid credentials. If you don’t properly log out and clear the app, it locks you out as well! I understand that it’s for financial safety, to protect bankers, however if the safety protocol becomes so strict that it makes the app inaccessible for bankers, then it’s utterly useless. ### 2/5 — Needs Bill Pay *2021-01-30, version 20.2.60* I want to move all banking from Chase but cannot pay bills from iPad or iPhone. ### 2/5 — Farmers bank is amazing, this app is not. *2020-04-15, version 19.3.20* I love banking with Farmers so this is in no way a reflection of the business itself! This app has huge room for improvements though. It doesn’t work half the time. I couldn’t log in or get an instant balance at all yesterday. Today, I was finally able to log in but it won’t pull up any account history. It always says an error has occurred.
