The app is erratic and many times just says oops, something went wrong. I gave out in two requests for support, including one for change of time slot, it says you have been herd, but nothing happens and there is no option to check your service requests. It has a tracking option, but shows no tracking. The supply calendar can be seen for the current month only, so today if I check December, it is blank. If you call up also, they put you on hold and never come back on the call. And finally on quality of milk- mother diary is far better. ### 1/5 — Horrible vegetables and fruits *2020-05-31* Farmery is just a name. Don’t be fooled by them. The worst vegetables and fruits get delivered. The vegetables and fruits are not worth eating and only worth the dustbin. To top it all, they charge you three times the market rate. The app is no good either. Bad customer service. *2022-02-22* Farmery is a classic example of how even a good product can suffer from a continually sore customer experience. Was quite happy with the quality of milk. However, I noticed my changes on the calendar couldn’t be confirmed on the app, also I was unable to pause the subscription due to some glitch. Wallet went in minus, delivery continued. I called the team to tell them to stop the subscription till I confirm with them, also communicated about the glitchy app. Deliveries continued and wallet reached close to a 1000 minus in rupees. Post that I’ve had a conversation with at least 10 of their reps repeating my story again and again. Sadly they didn’t have the recording of the call (talk about quality control). In the meantime my wife started the subscription on her name till the time my issue was to be resolved. On the pretext of resolving the issue they merged our accounts without any confirmation and debited the money from there. Stating that this is the best they can do. It’s really saddening to see great start ups being killed by this kind of service and support. ### 1/5 — It’s not natural. I have been using them for about 8 months now and I recommend this app to anyone any day. The delivery boys are very professional and polite. Till date not even single defect in milk. Please promote Farmery.
