Please add Shetland Sheepdog to your list. ### 2/5 — Why do u need my phone number? *2022-08-31, version 1.1.3* I shouldn’t have to register my phone number just to find out how much food I should feed my pet. That is a huge overstep. I do appreciate that u allow people to not have their info sold. But there should be an option not to share that info. And I’m not going to allow your app to use my location at all times. This is a pet app, not a social media company. I did not expect this. When I made enough errors because of the above issues entering a phone number I called and was told to try to reinstall the app. That did not work seeing I already have the email registered, and the security flag was already thrown for the next 24 hours. ### 1/5 — Farmina App experience *2024-08-31, version 1.1.6* Nice UX design, but it wasn't useful to me. ### 1/5 — Breed? Wasted half an hour trying to get around that. I just wanted info about shelf life of an open bag- info that I was unable to find on your website. What a waste of time. I’ll still use your food- but if you’re going to pretend to offer important information for responsible pet owners. You might think about how user friendly your app is. There are many alternatives. App is great but it would be nice if you could order through it as well. Customer service is selective on the emails they answer. I can’t get a response for my open ticket from almost 10 days ago. My consultant responded to my email about a coupon code but hasn’t responded to either of my emails about the wrong food delivered?? 🤔🤔 Maybe this review will get a response. ### 1/5 — SMS *2021-04-22, version 1.0.4* I cannot get it to verify my phone number. Help! ### 2/5 — Unneeded steps *2025-11-15, version 1.1.8* If Farmina wanted to create a rewards program, they should’ve just done so on their regular website instead of having to create a separate app in order to use it. They should know just from ordering food on a regular basis that you’re fulfilling the requirement to get a free bag without having to go to the trouble of searching and finding an obscure code and making sure you type it in exactly correctly. The whole thing is a bit of a runaround. ### 2/5 — App hardly opens *2025-11-09, version 1.1.8* When this app decides to open and work it’s great. Unfortunately 9 times out of 10, I open the app and just get the loading screen. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2025-05-31, version 1.1.7* Tried to upload 5 codes. Only one was accepted. The other 4 either said expired, not valid or it just didn’t accept it. I love being able to have my pets information all in one place while focusing on the important details of their health. Would highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Can’t live without it! *2021-04-07, version 1.0.4* Absolutely love the app and the fact it connects me with a local Pet Health Coach that’s super knowledgeable in nutrition. Together we built a custom feeding plan for my pet that changes according to changes in my pets lifestyle. Love that I can track my pets weight, water consumption, and overall health so my fur babies can live as long as possible. My favorite pet is if I have any questions I can chat directly in the app with my Pet Health Coach that lives near me and can answer any nutrition question I have. It’s like having a nutritionist for my pets in my pocket! Thank you ### 4/5 — MISSING *2022-01-06, version 1.0.9* I went to register both my dogs but you do not list their breed. They are both Havanese, a fairly common breed.
