## What is Farnek Attendance App?

Attendance App integrated with the Time and Attendance System with which employees can easily check In / Out or Business In/Out from even remote locations or sites. 
Eliminates the need for manual attendance submission enabling fully automated payroll.

This update improves the security of attendance recording.

WHAT'S CHANGED

Check-in and check-out are now verified before they are saved. If something looks wrong with your device, attendance will not be recorded and you'll see a message explaining why.

Recording is blocked when:
• Your phone's date or time has been changed
• A VPN is connected
• An app is simulating your location
• The device has been modified (jailbroken)

Break In and Break Out are now covered by the same checks. Previously only check-in and check-out were verified.

Nothing else about recording attendance has changed. Your times, locations and offline recording all work exactly as before, including when you have no internet connection.

BEFORE YOU RECORD ATTENDANCE

• Keep "Set Automatically" turned on for Date & Time in your iPhone settings
• Disconnect any VPN

IF YOU ARE BLOCKED

A block does not mean you have done anything wrong. A company VPN, a managed device, or a phone with the wrong time can all trigger one. Contact your administrator — the check can be adjusted for you without needing a new app version. Do not let it stop you recording your attendance; report it and it will be resolved.
