## What is FARO Stream?

Stream is the FARO field-capture mobile app that connects FARO hardware with FARO Sphere cloud-based services.  By uniting hardware with cloud software, Stream makes on-site capture workflows more efficient and brings captured data directly into the FARO ecosystem.  Stream is compatible with the Focus Premium, Orbis mobile and Blink scanner with a unified interface.  Stream provides live feedback of the captured data, performing real-time SLAM for Orbis/Blink and scan pre-registration for Focus/Blink. Stream also allows the ability to include complementary data like field annotations and photographic images to the project after a scan is complete.

The App crashes while scanning a project.

L’application est pratique mais pas stable, elle s’arrête souvent toute seule et lag énormément après une 20ène/30ène de stations (même sur le dernier iPad Pro). L’assemblage devient également pénible quand on change de qualité entre 2 stations ou si on utilise Flash. Encore un point énervant, on ne peut pas masquer le point des stations même quand on masque un cluster complet (ce qui devient gênant quand on fait plusieurs étages et que les clusters se superposent).

Concordo pienamente con l’altra recensione, dopo aver pagato oltre 60k di dispositivo trovarsi a doverlo gestire con un’app del genere é da medioevo.

Prendete esempio da cyclone field, incapaci. App lenta e piena di problemi. Su ipad m2 si blocca, non si ruotano le nuvole, non fa le registrazioni. Gestione pessima anche solo per fare una cartella lavoro. Per chi paga la licenza flash, come me, e non costa poco, si è costretti ad usare questa app schifosa per poi desistere e riallineare tutto in scene. Siete degli incapaci e per gente che lavora il processo diventa frustrante. Pagare piú di 60k € per NON riuscire a lavorare in maniera lineare è oltremodo offensivo. Ho tre laser faro, potessi tornare indietro comprerei Leica, superiore a voi sotto ogni aspetto. Siete indecenti.
