Somehow I got assigned to a laundromat in another state with no apparent way to fix it despite trying for 15 minutes. I typed in my full address and nothing happened. The “quick start” camera function stopped connecting to my camera. The “select machine” would be a great solution if the machines were actually numbered correctly. I checked my settings, deleted and reinstalled the app before reaching out for help. The only solution I was offered was “hold your camera closer.” Yeah, that wasn’t my problem. So crappy because I have money still on my account that I can not use. Update: the camera function was eventually fixed after about a month or two. Haven’t had issues since then. ### 1/5 — This app is absolute garbage *2024-10-25, version 2.28.01* I can’t even add a location to add my balance. Everyone I hit add location it takes me to quick start which makes me try to activate the machine with cash ### 2/5 — Account wipe out *2024-10-19, version 2.28.01* I last used my card on 16Oct2924 currently your app does recognize my email account basically the app has stolen my money that I had in my account. I used to be able to load money onto the card from anywhere, but that feature is no longer on the app. Now, I can only add money at the laundry mat. It saved time being able to load it on the app. ### 1/5 — Completely useless app *2024-07-06, version 2.28.01* This app provides ZERO convenience, just stick to your debit/credit card. The app DOES NOT work unable to add my laundromat location, unable to add my card to the app to add funds to my card or my account. This software must’ve been created during technology’s very first years because it is horrible. I doubt this app has been updated ever and it can never connect to a server. Whoever created this app needs to be blackballed from the tech industry. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — What happened *2026-05-31, version 3.0.0* The app wasn’t perfect, but it was fairly intuitive. The update is a hot mess. And the qr scanner no longer works well. It’s shaky and has a hard time actually reading the code. ### 1/5 — 3.0 updated Destroyed it *2026-05-30, version 3.0.0* It no longer tells you what machines are running, and the QR code reader on the machines has almost completely stopped functioning. The prior version of the app was fastest QR code reader I've ever encountered in any situation. It would literally read the code in less than one second. Got a brand new card, downloaded the app and created an account, when I try to add my loyalty card it just keeps looping back to “we need to associate a location”. When going to the laundry mat these days carrying quarters is not ideal let alone when do I ever use cash?! And since the credit card readers were installed…THANK YOU!!! I am a big fan for using my plastic (fyi not a credit card aka I’ve learned my lesson!)! However, the swiping is getting old and the fact it will say swipe card again, card not recognized, cannot find information, yada yada, now look reader, I have 5 more loads to do so, I cannot keep sliding my new age payment method through your slot because A. You’re in an awkward position so I keep hitting my fingers against the washer and B. You’re supposed to actually make this less stressful!!! So, this app has made the laundry mat nicer! Now, the only thing is like to see is when I set up my dryer I can start and as time from the app, not both! Once you add the dryer, the app then directs you to the reader on the dryer which you then must press a button on there and if you want to add more time which you do, because .25 cents only gets you between 5-8 minutes! Back and forth, back and forth! Also, there was one issue, the timing on the of the dryers were within 10 minutes off on the app…No biggie since I was there the whole time! With the app I can transfer money right into the card with no problem. I do wish I got text notifications and that the app could remember your credit card information. I can give my kids laundry money by adding value to the app and be sure that they aren’t buying beer or ramen noodles it. ### 4/5 — Great app but it need one change. *2023-01-21* Love the app. Very easy to use and check on your machine time etc. only thing that I would change is the amount that I can add to my FASCARD it only has the option to add $20 but I don’t really need the whole 20 on there .. when I can use the rest on something else. Individual store owners choose the add value amounts displayed, please let your laundromat management know you would like other options. ### 4/5 — 95% awesome! *2021-09-30, version 2.21.03* I use the app at the Hudson location for bigger things I can’t wash at home (or when our machine is down). The app is great. Somethings are hard to navigate however. It could be cleaned up and streamlined a bit. The only issue I’ve had is that the system was down at the laundromat one day so I couldn’t dry my clothes. But also thank you because I realized my dryer still works at home.
