Mistakenly transferred funds to the old BML account number. Reached customer service on Viber, absolutely no reply received and completely ignored. Service is extremely important and easy to process. Now I can’t log in to the app using my new password “it’s either wrong or the username is “ is what it says. But I can log in to the web version using the same login credentials .
