However, I am not happy with the new rules regarding returning items you don’t like and especially I’m very very dissatisfied with how I cannot connect with a human and 90% of the cases the AI assistant cannot help me or also doesn’t connect me to a human who can help me so in this regard I’m very disappointed from ### 4/5 — The app crashes *2025-12-05, version 7.15.0* After today's update the app crashes when you try to open an item to see. ### 3/5 — Bad experience *2025-05-14, version 7.7.5* No option to copy order number when submitting a form for a delivery, you need to write it down to input it in the contact form. Contact form says 500 character limit achieved while it shows number of characters remaining different than 0. Although I’m logged in with my account and they have all my data, when filling contact form, I have to input my personal data (email, name, phone) as if I’m not logged in. ### 2/5 — Poor customer care! *2025-03-11, version 7.6.0* The app itself works fine, it’s relatively easy to find and sort products. Nevertheless, the customer support it’s rather awful… the delivery estimates are not quite true, it works like a click bait, imho :)) I had several orders not being delivered in time, and their reply was something dull and shallow, like “we are doing our best to send you the products as soon as possible”.
