It keeps cutting in and out and it is hard to hear them when they’re speaking after five minutes after five minutes of playing the game the connection cut out. Last week I received a gift card and used some of the funds for a few in app purchases. This week I received another receipt thanking me for my purchase except this week it was on my AMEX, but didn’t receive the items I was charged for. This new charge was NOT authorized and I was not aware of it happening. I sent an email to their support group and was informed that they won’t give me a refund, so then I asked if they would at least replenish my account with the items I was charged for and have received no response.
