I saw there was a new update and surprise surprise. The whole entire game was reset for me once again. I even put a little bit of money on this game none of the hairstyles I’ve purchased or none of the clothes I’ve purchased are in the closet. It’s just starting from scratch. This is like the fifth or sixth or seventh time this game has restarted my game. No one wants to play a game that restarts their progress over and over and over. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the recent reset. This update required a full rebuild of our avatar and clothing systems to prevent long-term progression bugs, and items couldn’t be migrated 1-to-1. This was the final campaign reset, and stability moving forward is our priority.
