Love Fashion Magazine but the app keeps crashing after trying to navigate within. I’m using a brand new iPhone Xr.

After downloading, uninstalling and reinstalling, I have been unable to even open the app. 
It will show the fashion logo for a brief second, then flash black and take me back to my home screen. 
My iPhone XR is completely up to date in terms of software and even restarting the phone hasn’t helped. 
I still enjoy the physical copy, it’s just a shame that I can’t view it on my phone as well.

Continuously says my magazine is downloading. Doesn’t work but paid for it.

I've been completely unable to read the magazine. The download stalls, reopening the app-it's just frozen on the fashion logo. Have tried deleting and re-downloading repeatedly. Cancelling my subscription as it's essentially useless.

I got my iPad so I could read both UK and international magazines this is a great magazine I love it!
