Fix that so I can shop more. This is the first time I have ever left a review for an app. And don’t bother ordering from them. I never received my order. Emailed their customer service. They pretty much wrote me off. Told me to check my porch and anyone living with me. Yeah, I can tell if a bright pink package is on my porch. Then I was told to file a claim with USPS. They don’t care about their customers once they ship the order out. You cannot sort or filter. I couldn’t find anything available in my size, and most everything was waitlisted. I usually receive 3 notifications in a row for 1 live. Ridiculous. Tonight I received 12 notifications in 1 hour. It’s too much. I like to shop and shop a lot!! Especially for Christmas and do it early and I have a huge family with lots of females to buy for. If you want me to buy more items from Fashion Ten through your app then stop kicking me off of your app because it’s very frustrating to find something that I think would be perfect for a specific person and then get kicked off and go back and try to find it again! By Monday I was done and deleted it. Literally sends you a notification every 10 mins of an item. I cleared off all my notifications this am when I got up, now have 97 more. Why...just why? If I wanted to buy something I would, but I had already looked when I downloaded the app and didn’t see anything a absolutely had. Your annoying notifications made me not wanna buy anything at all 🙃 ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2020-01-06, version 1.9.0* I’ve tried Fashion Ten Online too many times. I would just count it as trial and error. However, I order my regular size and sometimes it fits, sometimes it’s too large and sometimes it’s too small even though it clearly states true to size. Never returned anything because of low price. Decided to return and they give me wrong return address. Cost me over $8 and I still have the items with no credit. Ordered a replacement if one of the items and it’s labeled correctly but fits the same as one I tried to return. I’m truly frustrated. You will miss out on a lot of claiming. Most items are sold out and claimed before it is even shown on the screen .
