All menus lead to a “can’t find any items” message. First had the issue in December & still not sorted. Example is delivery drivers no longer seem to have time to wait for you to get to the door. So you need to add things like - poor mobility please give chance to answer the door. Or my latest one is the drivers are just throwing onto a public foot through by my gate instead of opening the gate and just leaving by the back door. Anyone can walk away with the parcel and only yodel are leaving notes to let you know there’s parcels there. If our parcels go missing - and I’ve had this happen recently - even though not delivered to you you are still being held liable by some companies.
