Your able to search by size, colour, brand etc. And if that’s all you do you might think the app’s ok and be wondering why it’s a one star from me. Well, try actually buying something 🙇‍♀️Click on ‘bag’ - freeze then crash. Click on ‘saved’ freeze then crash. Every. Single. Time. Ok well go to the website through the browser. Oops, no! Despite being logged in on the app your basket and saved items do not transfer to the website. The great thing is it’s saving me money because every time I go to buy something the app crashes and I just can’t be bothered. I regret that delivery pass though. **Developer response:** Hey, we're really sorry that you've faced issues with the app. We've just fixed the size filter issue, that was a problem on our side. I've also passed the saved items crash on to the team for further investigation. In the coming weeks we're also going to link up bag and saved items across the website and the app, so that you have the same products across both making it easier to shop. ### 1/5 — Not working since update *2020-02-03, version 1.7.2* The app isn't working since the last update. Everything I need is at the tip of a button. Great sizes and fantastic designs. ### 5/5 — Need additional delivery instructions added *2022-09-19* The biggest issue I have with the apps is that you cannot add any notes yourself for delivery instructions. Example is delivery drivers no longer seem to have time to wait for you to get to the door. So you need to add things like - poor mobility please give chance to answer the door. Or my latest one is the drivers are just throwing onto a public foot through by my gate instead of opening the gate and just leaving by the back door. Anyone can walk away with the parcel and only yodel are leaving notes to let you know there’s parcels there. If our parcels go missing - and I’ve had this happen recently - even though not delivered to you you are still being held liable by some companies.
