Every time I try to click on an item it directs me to a totally different item. Why would that ever be a thing? This has happened to several friends. Also i’d you write a bad review they will block you to prevent others from seeing it. Looking at you Blu Pepper….. It makes me use this platform significantly less. Plus the glitch mentioned in the previous review of two years ago has not been fixed! If you accidentally click the vendor name instead of the tiny back arrow beside the vendor name it still takes you back to the top of their page. I end up clicking off and going to Faire. Also, the new set up does not give enough choices of what to look at under each vendor. You can’t search or go directly to tops, bottoms, etc., only new arrivals, preorders, etc.. Please fix this!! ### 1/5 — Honey Peach *2024-11-04, version 3.20.4* I placed an order for faux fur jackets. Initially the order took longer than expected to be processed and shipped. Almost 4 weeks to be exact and then I had to contact the seller to get the order processed. Once I finally received the order, I realized that although the items were made with good quality material, they were poorly made and I would not be able to resell them. Then when I went to return the items, my return had to be approved by the vendor and I was charged $52 to ship the items back to the company. The overall experience was a horrible one and I will not be ordering from that vendor in the future. ### 1/5 — It reloads everytime *2024-09-27, version 3.20.3* It’s so annoying that you can’t move from a menu option. Let’s say I’m on the “Shop” page and I’ve scrolled all the way down to page 6. If I leave the and go to New In, I’ll lose my progress on the shop page. It’s stressing me out because I have to start scrolling down again. Fix it please 😑. My screen will dim and then the app will start running very slowly. It’s frustrating and concerning. If I have the app open for longer than 10 minutes, it begins to overheat until I close out. Then my phone restores the dim screen and cools down. ### 1/5 — WONT STOP SENDING ME EMAILS *2026-01-17, version 3.24.3* I ONCE tried to make an account, didn't even get past the first page because I realized I was on the wrong thing; and now they are spamming me with emails saying incomplete account registration every single hour of the day. Why am I getting emails at 1am?? This is so unprofessional and ridiculous and needs to be fixed. I was woken up with 10 spam emails saying to complete my account registration and they didn't even let me complete it since I didn't have a business to put in. Please fix this problem.
