You then have to restart the app and start scrolling from the top again. I would’ve just spent a good 30 minutes going through the app but it’s too glitchy ### 2/5 — App updates terrible *2026-08-20, version 4.10.6* This is a review of the app, not Fashionphile as a company. The app has gotten terrible. Been using it for years and never had issues until this year, where it’s gone from bad to worse. Links within purchases do not work (tracking links, certificate of authenticity, etc). Everything is very very slow to load. Unable to create and save searches (this doesn’t work anymore on the website either). It crashes out every 5-10min while I’m shopping and I have to start all over again. This has been a consistent issue for a long time. The app just goes blank midway through whatever I’m looking at. I’m logged out every time I want to browse my saved items and the app takes way too long to open. Just sitting there with a “curating your experience” message. There’s no real time tracking in the app. You’re supposed to just trust them with your items. I had to chase them for any answers. My items got sent to a “residential” address and now they want money to send my items back. Such a waste and I wish I never used them. Seriously think twice. ### 2/5 — Password and login *2026-01-14, version 4.2.2* I am constantly asked to login and then I’ll login and immediately be asked to login again, but then it’s actually trying to reset my password. And then I’ll double check and I’ll be logged in, but I can’t save anything to my favorites and it will prompt me to login again. Now everything takes forever to load, saved searches show every blue moon— not consistent. Sometimes the back button will completely clear your search, rather than return to previous page, the loading…THE LOADING. It’s absolutely insane!!! Whatever you changed! Put it back!!! This app was not like this a month ago!!! I would scroll this app like it’s social media. Now I’m close to deleting it off of my phone. The profile page doesn’t work, it looks like it’s going to load and doesn’t, there’s so many different aspects of that page that doesn’t work. I cannot look at my purchases and I cannot even look at my selling activity. I have to use my web browser instead of the app. They spend all this time using celebrities to sell goods, but cannot spend the time to on making the app less trash. ### 1/5 — The worst *2026-08-06, version 4.10.6* This app is absolute dogshi. Why does it sign me out everytime I close the app. Why does I need to email verify every time i open the app and resign. Awful weird ux things. Devs fr this app need to be seriously questioned. ### 1/5 — Terrible Company *2026-06-25, version 4.10.0* Very disappointed with my first experience selling with this company. I sent them my luxury bag and they are claiming it is "fake" when it is in fact not. Wasn't even informed on the reasoning as to why they believe it to be fake and are requesting I pay them $75 to send my item back and if I don't they keep it! Which I was not made aware of this and as I first time seller I had no idea! Other companies do not demand absurd amounts of money while holding your items hostage!!! Horrible business! I've had much more pleasant experiences with Rebag! Seller beware! Customer service is a joke and they will not answer me! I'm not paying $75 to have my own property returned to me! Filter by color, designer etc. Without the app crashing. Now it crashes before you make it throughout the first page of looking at bags, slugs, or jewelry. You constantly must start over or remove app and reinstall. The slightest glance at something makes the search results reload. And it is SO SLOW. Bring back the old version. I was literally just thinking about requesting it from Dior if/when it came back into stock. It will go perfectly with my brand new Dior Paris 1947 Lady Dior Mini I just received on Tuesday from Fashionphile. I call this fate. Fashionphile keeps amazing me over and over. Hands down the BEST Fashion/Luxury company to purchase from, sell to and resell to. My favorite thing that they offer that no one else does is the layaway option. Having that choice makes it easier to make large purchases because i can pay over a 60 days period.
