### 3/5 — Not best Not worst if it’s free it’s worth it

*2026-04-18, version 1.1.3*

The scanner tool dosent do everything they say it does and can’t read all cars or as smart as it makes it sound try to find a scanner that’s bi direction and updated toc2026

### 3/5 — Works kinda

*2025-12-03, version 1.1.3*

Every time I go to look up technician service bulletins or recalls and half the time live data is nonexistent like to see some improvement

### 2/5 — Scanner/App

*2025-08-05, version 1.1.3*

Scanner works GREAT the app is okay my only complaint is you can’t switch between metric and imperial measurements when looking at live data all temps are displayed as Celsius and can’t switch to Fahrenheit

### 1/5 — Will not work

*2024-06-25, version 1.1.3*

Will not work, cannot connect to car ecu, rubbish

### 1/5 — NO TOYOTA in the list of vehicles 🙈.

*2024-06-06, version 1.1.3*

### 1/5 — No good

*2024-04-14, version 1.1.3*

Doesn’t work

### 1/5 — Piece of trash

*2024-03-15, version 1.1.3*

I waste my money. This device is a piece of trash. Options are not allowed in many vehicles. Don’t buy this garbage.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all.

*2024-03-08, version 1.1.3*

First, horrible instructions one has to search to find. Then, once found, the device cannot be found by the phone. When I try manually, I tap and tap when it pops up, but still cannot connect. If I cannot use it, it is worthless.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2024-01-30, version 1.1.3*

Absolutely a waste of money and time

### 1/5 — Marginally useful

*2023-12-19*

You only have this app because you bought a JDiag FasLink OBDII reader and have discovered that the original app doesn’t exist anymore. The problem is this new gen app is about worthless. Yeah you can connect to the reader and read some OBD codes. But that is about it. Used to be able to read SRS, not anymore. Used to be able to read and manipulate TPMS, not anymore. It wants to be able to read your vehicle’s VIN and tell you all sorts of wonderful things. It just can’t. It wants to be able to explain what those cryptic P codes are you were able to pull up are, but just can’t. The app seems like a skeleton, all bones no flesh. Of course, you DID get this because you wanted to give that little lump of plastic one more chance at life. Unfortunately, this app is one big flatline with not very much to offer. So go on, don’t feel guilty for tossing it into the rubbish bin of cheap Chinese junk you wasted your money on. Next time buy the brand name and leave cheap Chinese junk for the Chinese.

**Developer response:** JDiag Faslink OBD2 hardware is no longer support!

### 2/5 — Code retrieval and customer service

*2023-11-02, version 1.1.3*

I have the Jdiag Bluetooth device, initially used the Nezscan app and then it changed to FasLink. The device seems to do a good job of codes retrieval but I had an issue with the app stopped showing my tips and troubleshooting info, and fails to find make and model if scanned or enter VIN. Reached out to customer service via the app feedback and got no responses.

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2023-10-05, version 1.1.3*

Doesn’t support my 2002 Ford Escape V6, FWD.

*2026-07-07, version 1.1.3*

Please don’t waste your money

### 1/5 — Dont waste your cash

*2025-07-31, version 1.1.3*

Other than seeing some basic live info, such as Engine RPM and temp etc this is pretty useless. Doesnt display any error codes. Cheap nonsense thats just a waste of cash. Tried on Mitsubishi, BMW and VW Golf.

### 1/5 — 0 errors. While my dash display errors

*2025-05-22, version 1.1.3*

How comes that my car shows me issues and your app none. Reads everything except main thing. Another trash

### 1/5 — Malísimo

*2025-02-17, version 1.1.3*

No sirve el menú está en chino. No se conecta por Bluetooth. Ni que intentes mil veces. No sirve mala calidad.
No lo recomiendo. No poerdas tu tiempo.

### 1/5 — Unusable mark

*2024-12-28, version 1.1.3*

I connected to car and made device connection with 40 wait for “protocol” and indefinite waiting for “loading”
Totally ineffective.

### 1/5 — No data

*2024-12-21, version 1.1.3*

OBDII scanner bought on Amazon. Scan fails 0 data coming through. Wasted money.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2024-12-15, version 1.1.3*

“Connects” to dongle no problem but just says “Protocol Detecting…” for forever. Never fully connects. I’ve tried it in 3 different vehicles and all the same.

### 1/5 — Un fraude roba los datos personales

*2024-10-05, version 1.1.3*

Este producto es un fraude te roba los datos personales, mejor regrenlo a su proveedor

### 1/5 — Doesn’t do anything but read codes

*2024-10-01, version 1.1.3*

I ordered this on the assumption that i would b able to live screen what’s going on with fuel pressure cam timing all the above and doesn’t do anything for a 96 Chevy can only read codes

### 1/5 — This thing is junk

*2024-08-29, version 1.1.3*

I recommend not buying none of these from this company. These things are junk. They don’t work when you call them. They give you a harassing time about how to fix it after an hour and a half. They still couldn’t fix it over the phone so don’t buy it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I'm cool with it

*2026-05-25, version 1.1.3*

I been using it some atleast 4 years now and it works perfect for what I need it for. The codes are true to the devices knowledge. It found my problems on my 08 gmc Yukon saying #5 coil was bad and after replacing it fired perfect. And it also is showing other codes that I know for a fact need changing but yea ish work good. Also I used It in my brother 2025 Honda and helped others figure their problem out

### 5/5 — Software is super easy to use

*2026-03-24, version 1.1.3*

Was able to connect my OBD2 reader to my iPhone with this app without any drama. The app seems to do what we need and it is very simple to use.

### 5/5 — Goood

*2025-09-11, version 1.1.3*

Good

### 5/5 — Faslink x

*2024-09-21, version 1.1.3*

So I was wandering if anyone know if theirs a boost gauge feature?

### 5/5 — Works for Me

*2023-12-10, version 1.1.3*

For what I have used it for, it works great with my FasLink M2. I’ve seen negative reviews, but for advanced features that I haven’t tried to use, so I can’t comment on those. For me, so far so good.

### 5/5 — Did the job and did it well

*2023-05-23, version 1.1.3*

I purchase an OBDII that link to this software.
It connected to the device within 20 seconds and it fixed every warning light that was on my car for the past three months.

I drive a 2009 I-tech Prius
For the past three months I’ve only been able to drive it using engine and not the battery system.
I hooked this device up and cleared all the warning systems, and now my car is running as good as it can for a vehicle that’s over 10 years old, and almost never serviced because I can’t afford to service it.

The app allowed me to clear all warnings, it allowed my cruise control to work again which had been disabled and it works fine and safe.

I thought I would have to spend a fortune on an app that will allow me to clear all the warnings or do a costly service, which I cannot afford.
But this app for no extra cost as it was 100% free I just had to make sure I had a compatible device which cost me something like $12 AUD.

I greatly appreciate that there are still apps out there on the Apple Store which do not have hidden costs like this one which is amazing as it was 100% free and work perfect.

Thank you

### 5/5 — Perfect apps for i phone

*2021-12-17, version 1.1.3*

### 4/5 — If you have a Jdiag M2 you need this app

*2024-04-25, version 1.1.3*

Since this is the replacement app to use if you have a Jdiag faslink M2

### 4/5 — Scanner works great

*2023-12-27, version 1.1.3*
