Tried changing Country/Region both in appstore and phone settings. Kept both settings same region as well. Tried everything according to their instructions but still the same issue for several days. So in the end it seems it’s a problem from their side. And I think this problem will never be solved because taking your money is their business. Even with mail ect nobody answers really, they blocked me everywhere. From the start, the platform was riddled with bugs—transactions would lag, the interface would freeze, and there were constant glitches that made trading a nightmare. I stuck with it, hoping things would improve, but it only got worse. I reached out to their support team multiple times, but I got nothing—no reason, no resolution, just silence. Out of nowhere, they deactivated my account without any warning or explanation. As a result, I lost access to all my assets on the exchange. This exchange is unreliable, poorly managed, and honestly, a risk to anyone’s funds. What really stands out is the support team they respond quickly and resolve any disputes in a very professional and timely manner.
