I hate all the constant issues and changes that happen in the app. ### 5/5 — Easy *2026-02-21, version 25.1.70* Easy to understand ### 1/5 — Always having password issues. *2025-04-26, version 24.2.50* The app works fine until it doesn’t, and when that happens you’re basically locked out until you call. They give some excuse about your password being resent (even if you use the Keychain, always update it, etc). It works for a few weeks and bam, locked out again. Considering switching to another credit union that has a more reliable user interface. Legitimately just want to check my balance. Can’t. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2024-06-14, version 23.2.20* My debit card has been locked multiple times because bank does not update transactions immediately, and this would go on for weeks at a time where I cannot use my card because they did not update my balance, and even charged a card I used 2$ randomly, and due to the fact they do not keep my balance up to date constantly I keep track of it myself. ### 1/5 — . *2024-05-29, version 23.2.20* Wont let me get enroll ### 3/5 — Fix the app *2023-09-29, version 23.1.70* It is so frustrating how much this app crashes! It will crash for hours or days on end for no reason. It will also lock you out of your account completely until you call a member to have your password change. So annoying and very inconvenient to the point of me considering to switch banks. ### 1/5 — Slow *2023-07-14, version 22.2.200* Just tap cards and you will see how slow it is ### 1/5 — App won’t load *2023-03-15, version 22.2.80* After the new update the app won’t open, it just closes and goes back to the Home Screen.
