Update trashed my Recently Paid Dividends List *2021-05-05, version 1.3.25* I updated yesterday, and today found that my Recently Paid Dividend listing had been completely wiped out/erased. I first noticed after launching on my iPad Pro, then checked and found the same thing on my iPhone. I then checked my older iPad, and when first launched, the listing/icons were there, then it refreshed and wiped ‘em clean right before my eyes. Tech support has been understanding, but because they do not store any of the data, the data cannot be retrieved. Support is working to identify the issue so it doesn’t happen in the future. **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for reporting the issue to us and for your patience while we worked through it via e-mail. It’s so nice not having to add my stocks more than once because they sync to my iPad automatically. Easy to use. Clear and clean views of all my portafolios and dividends. I will never use it again. *2022-10-31, version 2.2.2* Literally my entire portfolio and saved stocks are GONE. ### 1/5 — Almost great *2022-10-09, version 2.2.2* Really wanted this app to work, has about the best interface I had seen so far with this type of app. But after using the upgraded version for about a month or so, I’ve noticed it doesn’t track all dividends. I reported a bug with it not tracking all JEPI or JEPQ monthly dividends, and it was never fixed, and and never got a response back that they were working on it, or that they they had even received the reported bug. Also dividends take a while to update, I’ve found i have to press refresh many times, and sometimes click around the app for the dividends to update. Once this app works as intended, it will probably be the best dividend app out there. Love the interface and features. But until then it’s not worth it. ### 1/5 — App no longer supported? *2022-09-20, version 2.2.2* I think the developer has gone missing as no response to support channels and mutual funds / CEF / ETF date stopped getting updated. It’s too bad as this was a killer app with great features to setup portfolios and know your Dividend income instantly and into the future. Plus as indicated no private data used. It sure what happened but sad to see this app fade away. ### 1/5 — Button Disappeared (Small Caps) *2021-10-13, version 1.7.10* I was able to add all my stocks but when I went to add additional shares, only the large caps would show the button at the bottom of edit to save. All the small caps, the button disappeared. So for small caps, you are stuck with whatever your initial input is. I was just going to delete the stock and renter but you can’t because again, the button is gone. Please update so all stocks can participate in this at, not just large caps. ### 1/5 — Too hard to use! *2021-06-09, version 1.6.5* Needs a tutorial. Setup portfolios,no idea how to enter stocks ### 2/5 — Not updating *2022-08-27, version 2.2.2* The app stopped updating my daily dividend and total $ information. Sent email to help desk but no response. Sad because this was a really really useful app. ### 2/5 — Data is wrong *2021-12-08, version 2.2.0* Like the idea of the app but the data is often wrong. It’s usually missing dividend payments yet it has the data in the stock view. Or it lists some payments for stocks that don’t occur when they say. One again all info is correct in the stock view but it doesn’t all come together to correctly report your actual dividend payment correctly. **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for reporting these issues to us. We'll be rolling out updates soon. ### 2/5 — Does not work as promised *2021-11-07, version 2.0.0* The app works great if you only use 1 device. However, the sync feature does not work at all. To trouble shoot the problem I have tried to refresh the apps, close and reopen them, restore purchases, and deleted and re-downloaded the apps. After all that failed to resolve the issue I reached out to customer service. The only response they gave is to ask me if both apps were up to date. I let customer service know both apps are up to date and on the same version. They have since ghosted me. 🤷‍♂️ ### 3/5 — Great UI, just need more options *2023-04-20* As I just said I love the UI and how everything is streamlined. My biggest issue is in regarding to searching for ETFs/Stocks such as target date funds. The app does not recognize any target date funds, but other dividend tracker apps do. It would be very helpful if you could sort your Stocks/ETFs on the calendar by Ex-Dividend Date. ### 5/5 — Love this App *2022-02-23, version 2.2.2* Definitely the dividend tracker to get. So useful and informative to track dividends. I just wish they would add the feature to include cash. How do you delete a stock you no longer own? I can’t figure it out. Also, I’m unable to edit a stock because dividend is pending reinvesting for days. So far it has worked great. Quick entry and a lot of good relevant data. I have a large number of dividend paying stocks/ETF/REIT/BDC/Trust etc and the app handles all of them. You have really helped me manage my Dividend Portfolio. ### 5/5 — Better than the other apps out there *2022-01-11, version 2.2.1* Gives me a calendar when I’m paid, how much a year, month, day, week and hour breakdown. It’ll give me the bears and bull charts, I like the layout. I’m using the free version I am loving this and will recommend this. It’ll tell me in how many days a dividend payment will be made, accurate dividend yields, and accurate dividend payments per share. That was a huge deal for me. Other apps don’t accurately update these.
