### 2/5 — Find tomato under “c”

*2025-12-12, version 3.5.9*

The alphabetizing is ridiculous. Tomato is under “c” for canned tomato and not in “t”. Lots of odd vegetables but missing a lot of coming ones.

### 3/5 — Needs more!!

*2025-11-09, version 3.5.9*

It would be great if many more FODMAP food items could be listed by manufacturers/brands.

### 2/5 — It’s OK

*2025-10-20, version 3.5.9*

The search is limited. I can only find the basics. I use it to cross reference my google search. I have found that fodmap inclusions are inconsistent across sites. I do trust the output that this app provides.

### 3/5 — Why is this rated so highly?

*2025-09-24, version 3.5.9*

As the title asks, why is this app rated so highly? It has such a limited list of foods, and the search bar doesn’t seem to work for things that you think would have already been studied (papaya?? GALL versions of squash, not just butternut and spaghetti?? Rice milk is ok but is that the old-fashioned rice milk, or the current rice milk that is currently processed like modern oat milk is (enzymatically processed)? It should be listed as its name, and as a subcategory of squash. Super annoying to just have to pull up the lists I think it’s listed in and scroll around until I find it). It also doesn’t include sugar alcohols and herbal/extracted sweeteners that are popular and/or becoming popular with the ketogenic diet (as well as Candida protocol, which has some overlap with the low-FODMAP and keto diet). What is nice is it gives you amounts that are safe or what you should limit it to, which I think is helpful. And when you click on the ones high in FODMAPs, it specifies which kind of FODMAP it’s high in. But outside of that, the app could use some updating on the food listing and some work to be more user-friendly.

### 2/5 — Trying to sell you expensive programs

*2025-08-08, version 3.5.9*

The app itself has some ok information and is easy to use. But it seems every time you click on something it try’s to sell you something. The Nerva program - for instance- costs $199/year…but you go through a long list of questions before they tell you that. I detest that kind of sales tactic. It has no place in true healthcare.

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-05-08, version 3.5.9*

Suffer from ibs. After reading up on FODMAP and diet this app makes choices easier. Also food diary so I make more conscious decisions

### 4/5 — Spelling/ word error

*2025-03-28, version 3.5.9*

Look under coconut milk. The word insulin is used. That is wrong. The word is inulin. Perhaps you should correct this.

### 2/5 — Need more extensive lists

*2025-03-23, version 3.5.9*

I cannot find the foods I most commonly eat! Eg: bran flakes, 14 grain bagels, cranberry/raspberry or pomegranate juice and that’s just breakfast!

### 3/5 — Not that helpful

*2025-02-20, version 3.5.9*

I’m not sure why this app has received so many positive reviews, I couldn’t even get some of the pages to load properly. The “learn” tab doesn’t even allow you to scroll down past the ad (that you are unable to close). Also, some of the foods I was most curious about aren’t listed.

### 3/5 — Incomplete, Repeats, Spelling Errors

*2024-09-21, version 3.5.9*

The app is useful but messy. It is missing common foods, sometimes mentions the exact same food multiple times, and there are frequent spelling errors throughout.

### 5/5 — FODMAP app

*2024-09-03, version 3.5.9*

Super easy to navigate, you can look up foods easily and track your meals

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — NOT WORTH IT

*2026-08-05, version 3.6.2*

Cannot find anything even close to what looks like a functional app. Putting a list in the app with NO info under most tabs. I only see the diary as a helpful way to keep track of anything. LEARN tab goes to A (one) website, but not showing the info shown in the app slides here. I cannot see HOW that info would find its way there. No menu suggestions?

Also, I am TRAPPED in the section to view logs. NO WAY OUT except hard quit.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-21, version 3.6.2*

Conflicting search results and Redundant results. Doesn’t know what Pepperoni is, etc.
AI garbage.

### 1/5 — Bbq sauce low 😂

*2026-07-13, version 3.6.2*

This app says that barbeque sauce is low on the map 🤦‍♂️

### 1/5 — I was charged $11.99 for this app

*2026-05-21, version 3.6.2*

App claims it’s free but charges your account ! Be Careful

### 1/5 — Incorrect info all over

*2026-03-26, version 3.6.2*

This app is a joke. Look up an item and it will show up multiple times with different levels of fodmap. For example tea with soy milk is listed as both low and then again as high. Tea with cow milk is listed as low!!! We all know dairy milk is high fodmap. Deleting after less than one day of use. Unreliable info that will not help you.

### 1/5 — Very confusing and inconsistent

*2025-10-01, version 3.5.9*

See title

### 1/5 — Unable to cancel

*2025-09-17, version 3.5.9*

I really do not find it helpful for me but am unable to find a way to cancel my account.

Shady when they make it so hard to cancel membership.

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2025-06-22, version 3.5.9*

I don’t have time to figure out how to use this app so it isn’t useful.

### 1/5 — Crashed Immediately Upon Downloading

*2024-11-28, version 3.5.9*

Deleting

### 1/5 — Nothing to see here! Just an app containing a link you have to pay for

*2024-08-12, version 3.5.9*

Waste of time
