Drivers always go to a different location than the one I am in. Please let us pick the location ourselves on the map with a pin, I don’t want to walk outside my neighborhood to collect my order. 2. Les dernières commandes ont été un enchaînement de mauvaises surprises : plats manquants, livraisons incomplètes, sacs éventrés avec de la nourriture renversée à l’intérieur, sans parler du comportement inacceptable de certains livreurs (retards injustifiés, impolitesse flagrante, voire harcèlement téléphonique après un retour sur leur prestation). À chaque réclamation, la réponse est standardisée, aucune prise en compte réelle des problèmes rencontrés, et les remboursements sont refusés sans justification claire. Le service client est lent, inefficace et clairement dépassé. C’est inadmissible pour une plateforme de ce type.
