Les dernières commandes ont été un enchaînement de mauvaises surprises : plats manquants, livraisons incomplètes, sacs éventrés avec de la nourriture renversée à l’intérieur, sans parler du comportement inacceptable de certains livreurs (retards injustifiés, impolitesse flagrante, voire harcèlement téléphonique après un retour sur leur prestation). À chaque réclamation, la réponse est standardisée, aucune prise en compte réelle des problèmes rencontrés, et les remboursements sont refusés sans justification claire. Le service client est lent, inefficace et clairement dépassé. C’est inadmissible pour une plateforme de ce type. Drivers always go to a different location than the one I am in. Please let us pick the location ourselves on the map with a pin, I don’t want to walk outside my neighborhood to collect my order. 2. Why is your grocery shopping only includes imported items? Please work on improving the app functionality, adding more restaurants and shops, bettering the tracking system, adding food pictures, replacements to be made in the app itself in case of a missing item instead of having the driver calling the customer, no need to call and confirm the order in my opinion unless it’s the first order of that account and it has no order history, and customer service is average and needs to be more up to service. I gave 4 starts since food delivery apps are not common in the country, otherwise I would’ve given less. I hope my comment serves as a good reference in bettering the app!
