Fast Forward Evolution is the most powerful fasting and keto lifestyle tracker available. Built around a real-time dual-ring display that tracks your fast timer and fat burn streak simultaneously, the app guides you through every stage of your metabolic journey. SMART FAT BURN RING Your fat burn ring starts automatically at 13 hours of fasting and keeps running as long as your carbs stay under 49g. Watch it grow as your body shifts from burning glucose to burning pure fat. METABOLIC PHASE TRACKING Six phases tracked in real time — Fed State, Catabolic, Fat Burning, Ketosis, Deep Ketosis, and Autophagy. Tap any phase to learn exactly what's happening in your body. AI COACH Ask your personal fasting and keto coach anything — fasting tips, meal advice, workout guidance, supplement recommendations, and more. Available 24/7 right inside the app. MEAL & DRINK LOGGING Log meals and drinks with full macro tracking. USDA food database built in. Custom quantity input so you can log exactly what you ate — 6 eggs, 2 beers, whatever you need. 7-DAY HISTORY See exactly what you ate and drank every day for the past week. Tap any day to expand and see the full meal list with calories and carbs. REWARDS HUB Earn points for hitting your fasting goals, maintaining your fat burn streak, logging your weight, and hitting streak milestones. Redeem for real rewards. MARKETPLACE Connect with fasting coaches, keto meal prep services, supplement brands, and wellness businesses directly in the app. FASTING PROGRAMS Beginner 13:11, Classic 16:8, Advanced 18:6, Warrior 20:4, OMAD, and Carnivore Fast protocols built in. CUSTOMIZABLE NOTIFICATIONS 10 notification categories — all off by default. Turn on only what you want: goal reached alerts, fat burn started, phase changes, streak milestones, hydration reminders, and more. Color themes now work everywhere. Pick Default, Rose, Ocean, or Gold and it applies across the entire app, not just one screen. Your fasting ring artwork stays true to the original Fast Forward look no matter which theme you choose. Fixed onboarding not showing for new users. Some new downloads were skipping the welcome flow and profile setup. Every new install now walks you through onboarding properly. Meal logging is safer. The custom meal entry form now catches bad or unrealistic values instead of letting them corrupt your daily totals. Added a confirmation before ending a fast. Logging a meal that would end your active fast now asks you to confirm first, so you don't accidentally lose your progress. Fixed several Android display issues where pop-up screens were getting cut off by the system navigation bar. Cleaned up the Home screen so quick-action buttons space out evenly. Clarified that Scan a Meal results are a preview, since live AI scanning is still coming soon. Thanks for your patience and for reporting issues - keep it coming. ### 1.7.4 — 2026-08-25 No release notes. ## Apps similar to Fast Forward Evolution | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Activity Tracker・FitnessView](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/activity-trackerfitnessview/id1531983371) | 4.6 (7,870) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [JEFIT Workout Plan Gym Tracker](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/jefit-workout-plan-gym-tracker/id449810000) | 4.8 (46,910) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Surest](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/surest/id1283152937) | 4.6 (6,467) | Free | Health & Fitness | ## More apps by Frank Grimes - [FreightSafe](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/freightsafe/id6764189305) All apps by Frank Grimes: https://appshunter.io/developer/1890716422 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
