## What is 元大 Fast?

元大Fast-ID 是「元大銀行與元大金控集團旗下子公司(元大證券、元大人壽、元大期貨、元大投信)」依照國際 FIDO 聯盟驗證標準所規劃的身份驗證服務。

您可使用元大銀行e櫃台於完成晶片金融卡驗證後所產製的 QR Code，並搭配元大 Fast-ID APP 完成身份驗證與授權後，應用在元大集團及其他機構以下場景：

．線上開戶／會員註冊 資料自動帶入
當您在開立元大「證券戶、期貨戶、投信戶」或是註冊元大人壽網路會員時，在您同意後可以自動帶入您留存於元大銀行的基本資料。
．銀行刷卡驗證
您在網路刷卡時，至聯合信用卡處理中心(NCCC)刷卡3D驗證頁面選擇「元大Fast-ID」，選擇後，行動裝置將跳出通知引導您至Fast-ID APP進行身分認證。
．跨機構身分驗證
您於財金公司金融Fast-ID驗證轉接中心合作機構業務，選擇「元大商業銀行」進行跨行身分驗證時，行動裝置將跳出通知引導您至Fast-ID APP進行身分認證。完成後，即可回到原業務畫面接續申辦。

QR code 很難掃，好不容易掃到，輸入完身分證號和生日後卻出現錯誤訊息，收到OTP 驗證碼，也無地方可以輸入。打去客服，客服不專業，完全無法解決問題。

明明就是很單純的功能，ATM印出的QRcode掃不了就算了，這是ATM本身的鍋（但新款ATM還這麼爛我也是無言）。

好不容易掃到碼了，要打勾條款前必須先開啟文件很合情合理，但是打開文件一片黑是哪招？然後我就只能卡在畫面上無法打勾也無法繼續，用過的銀行APP沒有10種也有8種，這個真的是史上最爛沒有之一欸！
