Parco mezzi scadente e mai in sicurezza. Impossibile ricevere assistenza tempestiva. Speriamo perdano la concessione dal Comune di Cagliari perché un servizio di mobilità non può essere affidato a degli incompetenti di tale portata. Non hanno né i mezzi né una struttura/organizzazione societaria per poter gestire un servizio simile. Per chi abita a Cagliari si consiglia qualsiasi altra società concorrente o il pullman, tanto vale. Se non state attenti vi spuntano una ricarica automatica di 6 euro. Come se fossi incapace di pagare successivamente ad un utilizzo come fanno tutte le app. Unica app di monopattini che lo fa. SCANDALOSO. Poi devi parcheggiare i posti prefissati. INUTILE ### 1/5 — Truffatori *2025-03-27, version 9.01* Preso per un brevissimo tratto. Una volta tornato all’area di parcheggio concludo la corsa con tanto di foto. Dopo un oretta scopro che mi è stata aperta un’altra corsa da un veicolo con codice diverso e di conseguenza a mia insaputa mi venivano detratti dei soldi… come risolto ?? andando a piedi in un’altra area di parcheggio e pagare 30 e passa euro per un monopattino mai guidato e una corsa mai iniziata. Pessimi pessimi pessimi, se fosse stato un importo maggiore vi avrei fatto causa. ### 1/5 — Una stella perché di meno non si può dare *2025-01-21, version 8.70* L’app molto spesso non riconosce le zone di parcheggio, quindi ci si ritrova sempre a spendere molto più di quanto si usa perché prima che riusciate a parcheggiare il monopattino, passano i minuti e ovviamente scalano i soldi. Inoltre, l’assistenza telefonica, soprattutto quella notturna, é praticamente assente quindi vi ritroverete soli in mezzo alla strada a provare a parcheggiare un monopattino, nessuno che vi da nessuna informazione e il giorno dopo vi ritroverete con la sorpresa di tutto il credito scalato e anche altri soldi tolti dalla carta che usate per il pagamento. Ovviamente nessun rimborso quando provate a reclamare. Ad esempio una corsa di IERI che é durata 2 minuti mi é costata 40 euro. Servizio pessimo ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-11-04, version 8.70* you pay €1 to activate your card… then they say minimum ride costs €2 so logically you can add €1 more… but minimum top up is €12… Now if you don’t want to pay €12, you gave them €1 for FREE… APPLE REMOVE THIS SCAM! P.s. I just got an email from this app threatening to sue me for this review. ### 1/5 — €25 to withdraw money *2024-10-23* Beware, your card gets charged before you start the journey, and then they charge you €25 if you want to withdraw any of your balance - this despite purchasing a monthly pass.
