Anyone who used paper lists knows you don't need or want all the complicated functions and alarms that other list apps contain, you want a simple list package that allows you to make lists, tick them off and have the added benefit of deleting and resorting the order to keep them tidy. That is what this app provides, it's a list makers dream. Also, to correct a review that states you can't have sub lists on this app; well yes you can, I have numerous sub lists within my lists. The only problem I have is that I like this app so much I would like to use this app across devices and synchronise lists, but sadly as yet this is not an option. I don't need one with reminder alarm so this one is handy without nagging. Great for shopping list, packing list and to do list. To be complete it needs a way of sorting lists and graphically nesting lists and most important for me: INSTRUCTIONS. A method for synching lists across devices. Tried to create a simple list and email the list. Unfortunately it would note without purchasing a paid version of the app. Try another app. ### 1/5 — Not very ethical *2013-10-06, version 1.73* Seems to hold your usage data to ransom unless you pay to switch off the usage data feedback function. I have emailed about this possibility before because hundreds of guys use your product for aircraft preflight and setup … but it is SO frustrating that if you barely miss the check box, it goes into edit mode, or rename or something. When your in a hurry, this is very frustrating. I love your product though … except this. Any chance I can spend the word that you may be coming out with a way to lock the list from edit/rename/details functionality… then a single button to unlock entire list so it can be edited when you want to … but not if your finger misses while utilizing the checklist? My one quibble is that I cannot order various lists the way I would like to. There seems no way of putting the list in any order other than in alphabetical order. There again who’s to say I have missed the way of doing this ### 4/5 — EASY, SIMPLE, no frills *2016-06-18, version 2.2* I love this app, creating lists has never been easier! You can easily create sublists, which you can't do with "Notes" on iPhone. It has big bold boxes next to each item so you can check things off as you go and see your progress. And you have options for the checked off (completed) items - keep visible, hide or delete. I personally like to keep visible the ones that I added notes to within the item entry so I can easily refer to them. However, if you don't need to refer to them later, delete them because they count towards your item (# of lists) limit, which in the free version is a total of 100 items inclusive of lists and sublists and completed/ uncompleted. Of course you have the option to pay to increase your limit and/ or unlock everything (including no advertising, etc.) which is very reasonable, but if I'm going to pay for full access, I would want it to offer a more robust set of features, i.e., the ability to add a date and time, which automatically populated onto my calendar and set a reminder; the ability to mark items as things I need to purchase and then auto-generate a grocery store list where all items across my various lists would all be in one place so when I go to the store, I'm not switching between embedded lists or apps. Maybe there's already an app for that, I just haven't found it yet? There's only one thing I wish this app could do, which is the ability to move items from one list / sublist to another new/existing list or sublist. But for an easy, clean, user-friendly interface / experience this app is the best! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Fabulous tool for life management *2022-05-30, version 2.24* Been using this for years now and it keeps getting better. Use this for everything from shopping lists, daily to do, to financial organization and complex group arrangements …. Simple and easy to use. Anything that needs a list or sub list where ticking as done is always good to see. If you do reach it you can pay £2.99 to increase it to unlimited which isn’t to be bad. Easy to move the list items around within the lists. Easy to tick them off but keep that detail or delete the item when done. Can therefore be used for repetitive lists or checklists, tick the items off as you do them and reset the list when needed. ### 5/5 — Simple to use tick list fir everything *2019-12-29, version 2.21* I looked everywhere to find an app I could use as an exercise record for the day/ week to make sure I had done everything each day. And this was brilliant just created a list of all my exercises and duplicated for each day for a one week and then can start again after wiping them chest the following week .. just need to tick each one off for each set during the day .. no excuse for new year now !
